One contractor.
Every trade.

Lighting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil and fitout — delivered by one accountable team instead of six subcontractors who blame each other.

01

About

Most buildings are wired by one firm, cooled by another, plumbed by a third, and finished by a fourth. When something goes wrong, nobody owns it.

Multilux was built to remove that problem. We hold every discipline a commercial or industrial building needs in-house — lighting and electrical, mechanical and plumbing, civil and fitout — so one contract covers the work and one team answers for it.

Fifteen years and 220 projects later, that is still the whole idea. We work across the UAE from our base in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, with 45 engineers, technicians and tradespeople on staff.

What we do

Eight services, three divisions, one contract. Every project draws on whichever of these it needs.

Lighting & Electrical

Division 01
An electrician fitting a pendant light to a ceiling rose.

Interior & exterior lighting

Design, product selection, supply and installation — from office schemes to facade and landscape lighting.

An engineer inspecting a distribution board with a laptop in hand.

Electrical services

Installation, distribution boards, containment, testing and fault finding, plus repairs and rewiring.

A technician measuring a rooftop solar panel array.

Energy conservation

Retrofits that cut consumption — LED conversion, controls, and efficiency upgrades on existing plant.

Mechanical & Plumbing

Division 02
A technician in protective equipment working on industrial pipework valves.

Mechanical & HVAC

Air-conditioning installation and service, ductwork, ventilation and metal fabrication.

A plumber fitting a filtration unit to pipework beneath a sink.

Plumbing

Water supply, drainage, sanitary ware and pipework — new installation through to leak tracing.

A maintenance technician servicing a wall-mounted heating unit.

General maintenance

Reactive callouts and planned upkeep across every system we install.

Civil & Fitout

Division 03
A rope-access painter applying finish to a building facade.

Civil & painting works

Painting, waterproofing, tiling, carpentry and general builder's work.

A finished interior with seating, planting and a glazed partition.

Interior fitout & decoration

Partitions, ceilings, joinery and finishes — shell to handover.

Something else?

If it belongs in a building and it is not on this list, ask. The answer is usually yes.
